Encounter Revival Weekend, Donegal, June 2026

Encounter Ministries are are holding a Revival Weekend in Ireland  - subtitled Return to the Upper Room, Faithful Catholics, Supernatural Christians.

Date:  5-6 June, 2026

Venue:   Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland

Participants can expect and atmosphere of Spirit-filled worship in the presence of God, inspiring and transforming keynote speakers, Holy Mass, a Healing service, and many opportunities for prayer ministry and growth in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Encounter Ministries was founded in the USA in 2016 by Fr. Mathias Thelen & Patrick Reis after profound experiences with Christ in the Eucharist.  Promoting Orthodox Catholic values, their aim is to to unleash the transforming power of the Holy Spirit in the world through teaching, equipping, and activating disciples to demonstrate the love of God through the power of the Holy Spirit.



Father Mike Schmitz Parables Tour, Dublin, July 2026

American priest and digital evangelist, Father Mike Schmitz, will host his Parables Tour show in the National Stadium Dublin’s, on 20 July 2026.

This event will present the message of the Gospel in a novel, energetic and engaging style that speaks into lives today.

Young people (age 14+) from parishes, ecclesial movements and youth groups, and especially those who attended the Jubilee of Youth in Rome are invited to attend.

The Irish Bishops’ Council for Evangelisation, Catechetics and Pastoral Renewal, will host a special Mass at 5.00pm on 20 July in Saint Teresa’s Church, Donore Avenue, Dublin, at which Father Schmitz will preach.

Galway and Clonfert diocesan pilgrimage to Knock

People from the dioceses of Galway and Clonfert are invited to join the 2026 diocesan pilgrimage to Knock shrine.

Date:   Sunday 17 May, 2026.

Programme

  • 2pm: Rosary
  • 2.30pm: Anointing of the Sick in Knock Basilica
  • 3pm: Concelebrated Mass

Mass is followed by Eucharistic Blessing and Outdoor Rosary Procession (weather permitting)

Transport

A bus is leaving Galway Cathedral at 11am, and stopping in Clargalway at 11:45am.  
It leaves Knock to return to Galway at 5:15pm

Tuam diocese 2026 pilgrimage to Knock

The people from the archdiocese  of Tuam are inivted to join with Waterford and Lismore for an annual pilgrimage to Knock shire

Date:  Sunday May 3rd 2026

Programme

  • 2pm: Rosary
  • 2.30pm: Anointing of the Sick in the Basilica
  • 3pm: Concelebrated Mass led by Archbishop Francis Duffy, Archbishop of Tuam and Bishop Alphonsus Cullinan, Bishop of Waterford and Lismore

Followed by a Eucharistic Blessing and outdoor Rosary procession (weather permitting)

A bus is leaving Athenry (Arch carpark) at 10:30am on the day.
